Steen Thomsen is a Novo Nordisk Foundation Professor of Enterprise Foundations at the Center for Corporate Governance (CCG). He specializes in corporate governance as a teacher, researcher, consultant, commentator and practitioner. His academic publications include 38 international journal articles and serveral books on the subject.
